Reduced service from 23 December 2024 through 1 January 2025 (both days included)

As in previous years, there will be reduced service at AAU during the holiday period from 23 December 2024 through 1 January 2025. There are also changes in the campus services' opening hours beginning from 21 December 2024.

Below is an overview of the changes in the general service level for all of AAU, as well as the opening hours of the specific services on AAU CPH.

General service adjustments:

• Access: All outside doors are locked, but access is possible with an active AAUcard. Remember to close windows and doors.
• Snow removal: No snow or ice clearing will be carried out.
• Telephone switchboard: The telephone switchboard is closed.
• Mail: No mail services (incoming or outgoing).
• Cleaning: No cleaning will be carried out.
• Heating: Heating will be reduced to nighttime levels.
• Meeting catering: Ordering catering for meetings is not possible.
