Administration & Planning

The main tasks in Administration and Planning are:

  • Strategic spatial planning for the development of campus areas
  • Financial management of AAU's building costs, administration of AAU's internal rent model
  • Contract management of tenancies and handling of legal issues
  • Counselling to AAU's main areas regarding the environment and working environment (as part of the Working Environment section)
  • Carrying out general secretarial functions for Campus Service

In addition, Administration & Planning is often involved in the preparation of ad hoc analyzes and the implementation of projects both internally in Campus Service and in Shared Service.
Thus, the Department also has a close collaboration with both institutes and the other departments in Shared Services.
