If you are hosting an event in one of our canteens where food and drinks are served, a minimum cleaning fee of 3 hours will always be charged (see the current price list). This applies to internal, external, and private events.

For events in one of our classrooms where food and drinks are served, the cleaning fee will depend on the size of the event.

If you need table setups for serving or similar, please contact Booking Support no later than 4 weeks before the event. Note that additional fees may apply (see the current price list).

Catering Orders for Internal AAU Events

The AAU Directorate has decided that all catering must be ordered from AAU's canteen operator or AAU Innovate's café and restaurant in Aalborg. For links to place orders with these providers, see:

At special occasions, such as Christmas parties, anniversaries, receptions, parties, various social events, etc., the management may authorise the consumption of alcohol during working hours.
