As a general rule, an event must not include an overnight stay at AAU. This also applies to overnight stays in parking lots and green areas. Exceptions to this rule may be granted in special cases by agreement with the Booking Manager (applies only in Aalborg).

For events with overnight stays, the form must be sent to Booking Support NO LATER than 12 weeks before the event takes place.

Overnight stays are possible at the following addresses:

• Selma Lagerlöfs Vej 249 (payment required)
• Selma Lagerlöfs Vej 300

There must always be an awake night guard (at least one person awake during the night). Alternatively, one or more guards can be booked through Booking Support.
