Standard assortment
Employees at AAU CPH can pick up office supplies for their own daily use (not conferences and the like) and consumables for employee kitchens in the Facility Support Service in building A (ACM15) in the living room. It is the blue door in the stairwell between wings A and D to the right of the Information Desk
It is possible to collect goods within the opening hours, which are Monday - Thursday at 8am - 3.30pm, Friday 8am - 3pm
The assortment found in the Facility Support Service is a standard assortment. In this standard assortment there are, among other things, various folders, stationery, writing pads, staples, etc. There are also dish soap, hand soap, dish brushes etc.
In addition to the items in the standard range, you can get batteries at the Facility Support desk. There are also bubble envelopes and envelopes with the AAU CPH logo. All these items are regularly ordered home by Shared Services CPH.
What if what I need is not there?
If all goods are taken from a certain article and it is not possible to wait for the next replenishment, the individual department/institute must order the goods themselves.
Order goods
If you need goods that are either not in the standard range, or that are to be used for exams, PhD courses, conferences or other events, you must order yourself via Oracle ERP.
